　　FILTON, just outside Bristol, is where Britain’s fleet of Concorde supersonic（超音速的）airliners was built. There, something remarkable is being created. 　　Job sharing refers to the situation in which two people divide the responsibility of one full-

　　The Child ego state is a set of behaviors, thoughts and feelings which are replayed from our own childhood.
