網(wǎng)購火車票“驗證碼”難倒旅客:點擊識別所有烤鴨
橙子和橘子,章魚和魷魚,公交卡和銀行卡……最近,購買火車票成了春運前最熱的話題,為了防止搶票軟件破解,12306網(wǎng)站不斷將登錄的圖形驗證碼更新,層出不窮的圖形碼讓一些網(wǎng)購車票的旅客大傷腦筋。

近日,為網(wǎng)購火車票的用戶提供更好驗證碼的呼聲越來越強,許多人擔(dān)心目前的系統(tǒng)會導(dǎo)致春節(jié)出現(xiàn)一票難求的局面。
為防止黃牛黨囤票搶票(blocking scalpers who snap up quantities of tickets)再以高價轉(zhuǎn)手(reselling them at inflated prices),今年,12306網(wǎng)站再次升級,目前采用的驗證系統(tǒng)(verification system)要求用戶從8幅彩圖中選出符合要求的圖片(matching pictures with a corresponding description)。不過,很多有過網(wǎng)購車票的市民表示,圖形驗證碼的大小和種類(size and style)不僅增加了,圖片的清晰度(clarity)也不高,識別起來比較困難。有些關(guān)鍵詞還從一個變成了兩個。
一家網(wǎng)站統(tǒng)計稱,12306網(wǎng)站的購票驗證碼共有581種,按照要輸入兩個關(guān)鍵詞的規(guī)則,排列組合(permutation)多達336980種。一次性輸入準(zhǔn)確的比例為8%,兩次輸入準(zhǔn)確的比例為27%,三次甚至4次以上輸入準(zhǔn)確的比例為65%。如果一次性輸入成功的平均用時為5秒的話,按照熱門車票(popular tickets)“秒殺”(flash sale/Lightning deals)的情況計算,每輸錯一次驗證碼,就意味著當(dāng)次購票成功率下降80%左右。

Another person asked: “How much did the railway company spend on this ... platform. It doesn't work. Call Jack Ma. Use his Aliyun system. I support Boss Ma purchasing the railway company,” another wrote on Weibo, the Chinese version of Twitter.
另一位網(wǎng)友則在微博上質(zhì)疑稱,鐵路公司到底花了多少錢在這個平臺上?根本就沒法用。叫馬云來,用阿里云系統(tǒng),我支持馬老板買下鐵路公司。
還有網(wǎng)友表示:“春節(jié)將至,登錄12306搶票很讓人心塞(feeling suffocated),即使網(wǎng)速手速都給力,圖片驗證那一關(guān)分分鐘把用戶逼瘋的節(jié)奏啊!比高考還難!”不過更多網(wǎng)友表示,面對驗證碼不知所措(at a loss)。
面對如此喪心病狂的驗證系統(tǒng),用戶心里就只有一個聲音:
