　　How To Improve Students Mental Health?

　　In 21st century，students mental health has been a more and more important problem in our daily life. In modern society, people are destined to cope with a lot of pressure, from either outer world or inner will，especially our students. But if someone doesnt have a good mental health，he would do nothing meaningful. As a consequence, what school should take measures for this serious phenomenon? Obviously, it is necessary that effective actions should be taken to prevent problems.

　　Firstly we should employ a mental health teacher to talk with students with a problem mental health and glad to take the words out of their mouth. University should provide enough facilities and encourage students to give vent to their psychological problems whenever and wherever needed. Whats more, University should take more care of the student who have problems，talk with students regularly ,give students timely help and proper instructions.

　　As students，we should also take an active part in helping themselves. We should teach them learn to be patient, understanding, and cooperative in their daily communication with others, and spend more of their efforts doing more meaningful things, such as study and sports.
