　　寫好段首句作文必須注意審清題意，正確理解段首句、寫好擴(kuò)展句及注意連貫與呼應(yīng)。

　　審清題意

　　段首句作文從題目、段首句可以很容易地判斷出文章的體裁和寫作的目的。審題時，應(yīng)著重弄清題目與段首句之間的邏輯關(guān)系，明確題目和段首句所提示的寫作范圍、側(cè)重點和方向，從而確定主題思想。比如，第一種段首句的作文題目是Pleasures in Reading，把它與三個段首句聯(lián)系起來審題，就能確定文章的主題思想應(yīng)圍繞讀書給人生帶來的樂趣展開。

　　正確理解段首句

　　正確理解段首句的意旨是續(xù)寫成敗的關(guān)鍵，因為段首句可能代表一個段落的主題思想。作者必須在正確理解段首句的基礎(chǔ)上續(xù)寫、擴(kuò)展各段。領(lǐng)會段首句時，要反復(fù)推敲其含義，找出句中的核心詞，因為核心詞凝聚著段落的內(nèi)容，指明續(xù)寫的方向。核心詞有時是一個詞，有時是一個短語。比如，Pleasures in Reading的第一段段首句I enjoy reading very much. 的核心詞是enjoy第二段段首句In the first place, reading can disperse loneliness.的核心詞是disperse loneliness第三段段首句Furthermore, reading can add fullness to my life.的核心詞是add fullness。展開各段時，應(yīng)該重點突出、擴(kuò)大、延伸這三個核心詞所包含的內(nèi)容。

　　擴(kuò)展句的目的是闡明、展開、補充主題句，起著論據(jù)、具體事例、詳情解釋等作用，并使主題句內(nèi)容具體化。也就是說，擴(kuò)展句應(yīng)回答how and why的問題。寫好擴(kuò)展句就要以核心詞為起始點，緊扣主題思想，深化主題句內(nèi)容。

　　注意連貫與呼應(yīng)

　　續(xù)寫要注意各段之間內(nèi)容的連貫與呼應(yīng)。如果沒有審清作文題和段落之間發(fā)展的必然聯(lián)系，就匆忙下筆，生編硬套，勢必造成各段內(nèi)容松散，前后矛盾。段首句作文三個段落之間的關(guān)系一般是并列和轉(zhuǎn)折。如Pleasures in Reading的第二、三段段首句前的兩個過渡詞語In the first place和Furthermore表示并列關(guān)系。通過主題句，我們知道，第一段和第二、第三之間又存在著因果關(guān)系，因為第二、第三段解釋我為什么喜歡讀書。續(xù)寫這兩段，應(yīng)注意它們之間以及全文的連貫與呼應(yīng)。
